From Real Business Problems
Stress and Burnout
Stress and burnout stem from ignoring the body's natural rhythms and responses. Embodied practices help leaders manage energy more effectively and maintain sustainable productivity by working smarter, not harder.
Conflict instead of Collaboration
Embodied awareness enhances communication by recognizing non-verbal cues, turning potential conflicts into opportunities for collaboration and stronger relationships.
Uncertainty and Ambiguity
Resilience and adaptability are embodied skills, allowing leaders to stay grounded, trust their instincts, and make clearer, more confident decisions even in unpredictable and complex situations.
Leadership Gap
Effective leadership begins with self-awareness, emotional regulation and clarity of values. By cultivating their embodied presence, managers turn into leaders and start inspiring others.
To Real Results and Sustainable Growth

FAQ
I am a freelancer / solopreneur, can I join the sessions as well?
Sure thing. The goal of the sessions is to help individuals develop practical embodied skills. Whether you apply them in the office, in your own business or with your clients is entirely up to you.
I am a bit sceptical, is this another woo-woo practice?
We understand your skepticism—there are plenty of 'transform your life' offers online. But rest assured, our sessions are free of esotericism and 'dance like your favorite animal' exercises. We focus on practical tools and skills that you can apply directly to your work. And no, you don’t need to be a yogi either.
So what can I expect?
You can expect some theory about embodiment and body-mind connection, but mainly exercises and learning experiences based on awareness, simple non-athletic movement, breathing, posture, imagery and relating to others. All of them applicable to real problems People & Culture leaders like you often face.
Can I join if I have some physical limitations?
Yes, we can always adjust the exercises to your needs.
Do I have to actively participate in the sessions?
Yes, all sessions are interactive and will include embodiment exercises. Therefore, please join only if you can participate actively from the beginning to the end of the sessions
Can I join the sessions from the office or a co-working space?
Yes, but please make sure you're in a private room where you can express yourself freely, with enough space around you for some movement.
Will the sessions be recorded?
No, these sessions are designed for real-time experiential learning.
Do I need to attend all the session?
While its recommended to join the whole series, you can also select individual sessions based on your interest and learning needs.
Why do you offer the sessions for free?
We truly believe in our mission and want to raise awareness about embodiment among people like you. Offering these 1-hour teasers for free helps us extend the reach and impact of this series. That being said, our work has value, and we need to make a living too. We would love if you book us for your next team event, company workshop, or 1:1 coaching.
